My credits aren't upgraded, but I have entered a valid code!
After giving us a call the credits will be update directly. If that's not the case, you have either entered a wrong code, or SMScity is having a technical flaw. If that's so, you will get a message while calling. But have no fear, afterwards if the flaw is corrected, your credits will be updated after all. More credits are written off my account than I have used.
First, it is important to find out what you have done exactly. Credits never just disappear. You have probably sent a very long SMS (consisting of multiple SMS's) which costs more credits. Under the text field of an SMS the ammount of characters is displayed.

Welcome to the General Conditions of SMScity. Local address: Postbus 1057, 3180 AB in Rozenburg Zuid Holland. The following conditions describe in what terms you can use the services of SMScity. By signing in, you agree with these conditions. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact us by this form

SMScity preserves all rights to change these conditions without informing you with the reasons. If these conditions are being changed, we will contact you by email 2 weeks before. If you have not contacted us in those 2 weeks after we have contacted you, we will take the new conditions as accepted. If you do not agree with the changed conditions, we preserve the rights to cancel your account, or remove it completely along with your credits.

SMScity is an internet company which offers various services regarding mobile phones. SMScity is a website where you can use SMS, MMS and others very cheap.

2. Services

a) Orders

Registered SMScity users can use all SMScity services.

b) Price

The prices are inclusive tax and other possible side costs are directly named with the service.

The costs of the use of SMS services in the memberzone are being paid with the SMScity users currency (credits). You can only do this if you have a currency. How the SMScity currency precisely works, is explained in the SMScity memberzone.

SMScity preserves the rights to change its prices without giving any justifications. If prices are being changed, it is always mentioned at the concerned service.

c) Responsibility of the availability of the services

SMScity does its best to make sure every service works optimal. Because SMScity depends on the spreading of third parties and because SMScity does not have any influence in this spreading, it cannot be hold responsible for late arrival of a SMS. SMScity cannot be held responsible for a short or long-term discontinuance with the mobile phone of the user / receiver.

Besides that, SMScity does not guarantee constant availability of services. In special, SMScity holds the rights to shut down the SMScity website for an undetermined period for compliance work.

d) Liability of content

The messages and information shown on www.SMScity.com are being provided by renowned press offices. There is not a editorial carried out on that information. SMScity cannot be held responsible for any information or what so ever offered on SMScity.

e) Obligations user

The services offered by SMScity are exclusively for own use. The information and messages sent cannot be passed down to third parties. Only commercial use is allowed, when SMScity has granted that authorization.

3. Ringtones and other mobile content

a) Order

SMScity offers several possibilities to order fun mobile accessories. How to order such is being explained on the website of SMScity. With the application of one of these services by the user, an agreement between the user and SMScity is being formed. SMScity preserves the rights to cancel orders and/or applications at the sign of abuse.

b) Prices

The prices are tax inclusive and other possible side costs are being noticed at the service itself. Possible changes in prices are being mentioned at the concerned service.

c) Availability of services

For technical reasons downloading ringtones and other mobile content is not possible on every mobile phone. Downloading is only possible if the mobile phone of the user supports the reception ringtones and other content. To find out if your mobile phone is capable, look further on the website of SMScity.

d) Delivery period

Sending the ordered services is mostly being done immediately and can last for 24 hours max. An exception of the rule is being made, when sending is made impossible because of technical failing.

Delivery periods of services/articles sent by mail or transported by any other meaning are always mentioned at the concerned service at the website of SMScity.

4. Obligations of the user

a) Copyrights

Copyrights are effective on ringtones and other mobile content. The user has the right to save the downloaded ringtone or other mobile content on his or her mobile phone. All other forms of saving the articles - passing it on to other mobile phones in particular - is forbidden. It is also forbidden to copy or modify the by the user ordered ringtones and other mobile content.

b) Responsibility

The user is ought to act and behave as expected of any responsible and careful internet- and SMS-user. The user is obligated to follow the laws of this country, and the rules set up by the SMScity team.

c) Content messages

The user himself is responsible for the content of the SMS’s being sent.

d) Interests of SMScity

The user will not send any SMS’s of which the content damages the interests of SMScity and
its advertisers.

e) Expressions

The user will not, by any meaning, make use of the services of SMScity for expressions, which are unlawful against third parties, religious, of politic nature, offensive, racist, discriminating or of inflammatory nature, according to the judgment of SMScity. The user guarantees SMScity that the use of the services of SMScity by him or her will not make a violation on the third parties.

f) control of the content of messages

SMScity preserves the rights to look (electronic or manual) in the content of the message, sent with the by SMScity offered services, to check if the content satisfies the contents of this article.

g) Damage

If the user acts in contrary to this article, SMScity preserves the rights to stop the binding with the user and to claim a direct fine of € 7.000 per action. This gives SMScity the rights to claim the fine directly. Damage to SMScity or third parties, caused by acting against this article can be pinned on users.

h) Removing

SMScity preserves the rights to end the registration of the registered user if this user has not used any of the SMScity services in a time of three months. The user is obligatory to log in with a valid email address and mobile number. If SMScity notices that the user uses invalid personal records SMScity preserves the rights to remove or block the concerning account. Possible credits will be destroyed / removed.

5. Payment conditions

When orders are being made by a fixed telephone, the payment is being done by the telephone bill of that telephone. When orders are made with a mobile phone, the payment is being done with the mobile phone bill of the owner of the SIM card with which the order is being done.

Registered users also can pay online with their "SMScity currency". On the website of SMScity, you can find how to charge your SMScity credits. For the use of the offered services at SMScity, the concordant prices are taken from the credits. Refund of the unused "SMScity currency" is not possible.

6. General liability

a) Debt

SMScity can never be held responsible for damage suffered by the user due to shortcomings of SMScity by following the agreement.

b) Direct damage

SMScity cannot be held responsible for direct damage suffered by the user, particularly not missed profits.

c) currencies

SMScity cannot be held responsible of possible loss of currencies (credits) due to technical errors or other flaws in the security. These currencies will be lost.

7. Privacy

a) Personal information

SMScity collects and places information in different ways. Certain personal information is being collected - for example when you sign in. At this application SMScity asks you for your name, email address and other personal information. SMScity is signed in at the College protection of personal information. b) The use of personal information

SMScity collects and analyses personal information to offer you better services as a user. That's why you have several personalization services, interactive communications and many other services at your service without costs.

The role of SMScity at transferring advertisements is the role of a commission agent. SMScity takes a lot of advertisements of third parties, and shows it partically to the user who could be interested in them. This sort of targeted advertising is being realized by among others banners, SMS's and e-mails. The user self claims he's willing to receive information of SMScity or its business partners by free e-mail, SMS or other meanings.

c) Passing on personal information
